We now have the release for the new Cricut SportFlex™ Iron On and I’m going to show you how to use it. I love Cricut products and I love when they release something I can use for my kids.

Leila has just started doing tumbling and cheer and she loves it. We found these blank polyester shirt and matching pants on Amazon and created our images in Design Space.

Using the Sportflex is just like using standard Iron On. You want to be sure to mirror your image and place the shiny side down on the mat. I noticed that when I used it, it wouldn’t stick very well to my other mats so I had to use the strong grip mat for the Cricut SportFlex Iron On.Use the new Cricut SportFlex Iron On to create these DIY Gymnastic Shirts. #CricutMade #SportFlex #Cricut #DIYShirt #GymnasticsUse the SportFlex cut setting on your Cricut and begin cutting. Weed out the part of the image that you do not want on your shirt. The fine point blade should not cut completely through the Iron On. You need that carrier sheet for pressing. If it has cut completely through, your project is not ruined but it will take some time to piece it all together before you press. Use the new Cricut SportFlex Iron On to create these DIY Gymnastic Shirts. #CricutMade #SportFlex #Cricut #DIYShirt #GymnasticsPreheat your Cricut EasyPress to 305ºF and preheat your fabric for 5 seconds on the EasyPress Mat. If you’re layering your Cricut SportFlex – press the first layer for 20 seconds, peel warm and lay your second layer and press for 25-30 seconds. Turn it around while the carrier sheet is still on and press for an additional 15 seconds. Again, peel off the carrier sheet while the Cricut SportFlex is still warm. Use the new Cricut SportFlex Iron On to create these DIY Gymnastic Shirts. #CricutMade #SportFlex #Cricut #DIYShirt #GymnasticsIf you’re doing one layer, just press for 25-30 seconds on the front and then flip your shirt over and press on the back for 15 seconds. Again, peel while the SportFlex is still warm. She helped me every step of the way and it’s a simple project that all ages can do. The stretch of the SportFlex™ is like no other. It’s perfect for activewear and it has Cricut’s new StrongBond Guarantee.
