I’m so excited! I joined a bunch of other bloggers and each month we do a new challenge using our Cricut machine. I’m going to show you how to DIY Valentine Pillows and sharing the free .svg files so you can make one yourself. This post contains affiliate links. Thank you for your support.

So start by uploading your images into Design Space. Since these are .svg files, it’s just a straight download. You don’t need to edit the image before importing it. For the girls face I used plain htv for the eyes, bow and mouth. For her cheeks, I used pink glitter. On the Moon and Back image, I used black glitter and weeded it using my BrightPad. You don’t have to have one but it’s been a lifesaver when weeding glitter htv.Because the image is pretty detailed, some of the glitter peeled up. For that reason, I just pulled up all the polka dots in the O and A. I just used some scissors to clean up the lines. If you use the standard Iron-On for that image, you should be ok.When you’re ready to press, use the Cricut EasyPress to get a good adhesion. For easyweed htv, use your EasyPress at 305º for 25-30 seconds. When you use your EasyPress for glitter Iron-On, use 325º for 25-30 seconds. Use your Iron-On Protection sheet to be sure not to have the EasyPress touch any exposed Iron-On. Or you can just lay the carrier sheet back over the image. These are in my daughters room and she absolutely loves them. Such cute accompaniments to her pink bedding from Pottery Barn Teen. For more great Valentine crafts using your Cricut, check out the other bloggers and what they made!
